Operations Team - HYROX
Joined the Operations team in December 2025 at HYROX London ExCeL, the largest HYROX to date with 40,000 athletes across 5 days. As someone who also practices this sport, it was really nice to see the entire London fitness community coming together that week, as well as experience the behind-the-scenes aspects of setting up a massive operation in a space that was one kilometer long, taking up the whole south wing of ExCeL. After this event, I had the pleasure of joining the team in other cities across the UK.

During this events some of my task were:
On-site event operations setup for large-scale races across major venues including ExCeL London, Olympia London, Manchester Central, SEC Glasgow.
Execute venue site plans and operational layouts, ensuring accurate positioning of competition equipment, branding, athlete flow, and event infrastructure.
Support race-day operations by monitoring competition areas, resolving operational issues, and reallocating staff where required to maintain smooth event delivery.
Liaise with internal departments including Production, Registration, Logistics, Competition, and Volunteer teams to ensure effective communication throughout the event lifecycle.
Post-event breakdown, equipment inventory, and operational debriefs to identify improvements for future events.
